Cashback declined and one shoe discoloured.
I ordered via Topcash and supposed to receive GBP 3.5 back . This has been cancelled with no explanation. Do not offer cashback if you do not pay it . Secondly, the Campus 00 shoes aren't worth the price for the quality you get . One of the shoe is already discoloured.

Frustrating Experience with JD Sports' Cashback Process
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at JD Sports. After a genuine purchase, expecting the advertised cashback, I faced a year-long ordeal of slow and inefficient communication. This prolonged process, marked by delayed responses and lack of clarity, culminated in the denial of my cashback without a satisfactory explanation.
This experience has been both time-consuming and energy-draining, leaving me frustrated and let down. The lack of transparency and efficiency in handling my simple cashback claim reflects poorly on JD Sports' customer service. It's unfortunate to witness such a shortfall in service from a well-known retailer.
