Never get anything Jacamo them unless your order is perfect. Waste of time.
If you know what you want to order and know that it will fit and not send anything back then you will get your cashback. If you send a single item back (does fit etc.) the cashback will just get refused and not just adjusted to the new amount.

Cashback didnt track at new account rate, then whe I returned one item which I wanted to exchange, they wouldnt exchange. They then rejected the cashback on my account. Quite a while later after raising issue with customer service I eventually got some cashback
