Cashback didnt track at new account rate, then whe I returned one item which I wanted to exchange, they wouldnt exchange. They then rejected the cashback on my account. Quite a while later after raising issue with customer service I eventually got some cashback

buyer beware, the worst customer service i have ever experienced, premium rate number, ordered size 9 shoes and both times size 10 shoe sent in a size nine box. they arrange collection, say that they will pick up on a working day and then instruct the couriers to pick up on saturday, web site a real pain to log into, oh i could go on and on
