Had to follow up to get Cashback!
Not great. I purchased an expensive Huawei Matebook Pro X, and intially the cashback did not track. Eventually, TopCashBack came up trumps, but only after I had chased the matter. The process took just under two months to complete.

Got there in the end
Didn't track despite the visit being recorded and correct TCB code used.
Missing cashback claim opened after 30 days, took about 5 weeks after submission to appear in account and then paid 2 weeks later.
Great service from TCB and a great exclusive cashback on a sale item from Huawei as well.
