Initially tracked and then declined for no valid reason. Raising a ticket but not hopefully given past experiencea.with other retailers

Was ok
Had to raise a ticket to get the funds to move to 'payable', after 20 weeks when the advertised wait was 12. Once I raised the ticket, the funds cleared with 48 hours
