These guys never pay the correct rate for cashback and refuse claims for the it. They have never once paid the correct rate, its always lower than whats advertised when you click through. Don't bother!!!

Didn't pay cashback and the criteria was met. No reason given. Very poor and you can't lodge a claim through Top Cashback. This merchant should be removed from the Top CashBack site.

They did NOT pay out. I followed all the instructions to a T and they declined my cashback. Perhaps it's because I made a substantial purchase and they didn't want to give that much cashback? Whatever their reasons I shall not shop with them again. I don't rate them at all.
