For some strange reason I cannot get this merchant to track on any of my three orders (so far). This made it impossible in the first instance to get the initial discount advertised (though later sorted by merchants customer service) and cashback. Five months later it is still not sorted out on cashback and the claims are stacking up now - not that the cashback is great after the initial purchase anyway as others have pointed out, but something is better than nothing at all.

as a topcash guy they are great; BUT you are going to get junk mail at the top end of annoying; and the only way of contacting them to stop it is via a 0871 number; I got a 0161 no via say no; I called it; it gave me the 0871 no and disconnected; so I'm going to have to proactively get the junk stopped
Do companies not get that if I'm happy I'll be back and if I'm not I'll avoid you; and worse; if you bug me I'll avoid you like the plague; spam via RM effects the environment; and bottom line says I'm so thick that I'll buy from you because I have a bookie; even if I don't/need something; ermmmmm nope
I am about to start to send them back the unrequested junk; with 1 starter an unstaamped letter as a prelim to ALL the unrequested junk

They sent me the wrong things then they cancelled my cashback, so even if I make another order I loose my first order 20% discount and 10% cashback.
