terrible. never gives the amount stated percentage wise, and for international transactions always reduces the amount they think you paid to the hotel by about 20%, so you get less than the stated percentage, on less then the actual amount paid.

The percentages offered are really good but unfortunately my experience so far has not been good with the promised amounts and the actual amounts paid out, I have had to lodge a claim on most bookings as the incorrect amount tracks. If the system worked better, they would definitely get 5 stars from me! I will see how the claims pan out!! so far I have wasted a lot of mine and Topcashbacks time, trying to get whats promised.

They declined one of my purchases, so I had to lodge a missing cashback claim. They confirmed it but it took more than a year to become payable.

Sometimes they pay, sometimes not, % keeps changing and hard to track 6 months down the line when your cashback is declined and you need to open a case.
