Made a purchase using a code, expecting cashback (given that they have a separate cashback rate for using codes). Disgusted to have it declined in its entirety. Topcashback says there is nothing they can do with this particular retailer. Which, perhaps, indicates that this happens fairly frequently.

Mixed feedback for Hotel Chocolat - on the one hand, they paid cashback quite quickly for one of my transactions, but on the other they didn’t pay cashback as they unpartnered with Topcashback and I believe that they should have honoured it.
