Didn't track and when I followed it up, I was told that I hadnt clicked through Top Cashback, even through I had and they could see that I had and the times, even gave order details but refused cashback.

Disappointed, placed an order using top cash back. Expected the lower cash back rate as I had a voucher hotel chocolat sent me. The transaction has been declined. Won't be using again false advertising
