Disappointed, placed an order using top cash back. Expected the lower cash back rate as I had a voucher hotel chocolat sent me. The transaction has been declined. Won't be using again false advertising

Made a purchase using a code, expecting cashback (given that they have a separate cashback rate for using codes). Disgusted to have it declined in its entirety. Topcashback says there is nothing they can do with this particular retailer. Which, perhaps, indicates that this happens fairly frequently.
