Why is my cashback payable at £0.00?

When your cashback is payable at £0.00, this means that it has been declined. This usually means that the terms and conditions were not met on site, or your purchase was seen as ineligible by the retailer.

Some possible reasons for this are:

Order Changes - you cancelled or returned part of your order.
Promo Codes - you used a voucher, discount, or promo code not approved by TopCashback.
Retailer Terms - you didn't meet the retailer's T&Cs on site.
Quotes Instead of Purchases - you got a quote but didn't complete the transaction.
Saved Quotes - you used a renewed or pre-saved quote.
