Why has Biometric Authentication been added to the mobile apps?

We’re working to bring the same features to all platforms. Until Payout and other tools are fully added, we use MWEB links that take you to our mobile site.

These pages need a second login to confirm it’s really you. We saw this wasn’t smooth before, so we built a simpler experience.

You can enable biometric authentication (face recognition / fingerprint) in the TopCashback mobile app to access secure pages more quickly (e.g. payouts, customer service).

To turn it on: go to the Settings & Terms page in the app and toggle biometric authentication. Your device may require extra setup or prompts.
