Why does my Tell a Friend bonus now have an expiry date?
While updating our system, we found an issue where the bonus checks stopped after three years. To fix this, we added expiry dates for each referral, which you can see on your
performance page. This is also noted in the
T&Cs.
If I referred a friend before the expiry date was added, will this impact my bonus?
We will award referrals made before Jan 6 2025, even if your friend reaches the amount after the expiry date. In this case, please submit a
support ticket here, and we'll make sure you receive this bonus.
If I refer a friend after the expiry date was added, what happens after the expiry date?
After this date, the bonus will no longer qualify or progress. Don't worry though, we’ll ensure your friend has enough time to meet the threshold.
