What does In Progress mean?

All cashback starts as in progress in your account. It will stay that way for a short while. This gives the retailer time to check that you kept your purchase and met the terms on their page.

After the retailer verifies this order, your cashback will likely move straight to available.

Some retailers authorise your cashback first before paying us. You can see if this has happened by clicking on some cashback on your earnings page. If your cashback has been authorised you'll see a note that says ‘this retailer has authorised your cashback’.
