1. Once activated the Arcadia Group Gift Card can only be used for payment in participating Arcadia Group stores in the UK. It cannot be used in Arcadia brand concessions in third party department stores.
2. Upon presentation of your card, payment for merchandise in full (or in part if there is insufficient balance) will be deducted from your current balance.
3. Your new balance will be shown on your receipt every time you make a purchase.
4. This can be used for payment for future purchases.
5. The minimum amount to activate or top-up this card is £1. The maximum card limit is £300.
6. This card cannot be used for online purchases, be exchanged for cash or vouchers or used to settle Arcadia account card balances. This card is not a credit, charge or cheque guarantee card.
7. This card will expire and any balance reduced to nil if it is not used for 24 consecutive months.
8. Arcadia Group Limited shall not be liable for gift cards, once activated which are subsequently lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed.
9. Please treat this card as cash.
10. The balance of your gift card can be checked online for funds available or instore at any till point.
