Still nothing from Hastings (not tracked) - still waiting for retailer response - purchsed in Sept 09, now Mar 10 and STILL nothing. I feel extremely conned by this company and feel they should be chucked off the site (as they have other insurances on here still available for cashback). There have been so many complaints and yet...they still exist on here!

I took out car insurance on 22nd of november and the cashback has just been confirmed today - payable date is given as 30th april. Not sure why it tracks as house insurance. I was a bit concerned seeing how much negative feedback has been given for this company but seems to be going through even if taking a long time.

It has tracked , at last , just another 3 months for it to become payable . That will be 6 months in total , oh well , all good things come to those that wait .

This transaction did not initially track onto my account at all. I submitted a claim form which has now been processed and the cashback is now showing as pending. This has however taken 3.5 months, but better late than never.
I am grateful to have the claim resolved successfully.

Bought home insurance at end of October, submitted an enquiry a week later. Tracked 31st Jan, confirmed a week later to be paid end of March. Will be worth the wait...the cashback is more than my premium!

Paid £217 for home insurance in July 09 expecting £53 cashback - has never tracked despite a claim being put in which TCB also resubmitted to them a second time due to the large amount. Do not touch with a bargepole is my advice. TCB - please read the numerous comments from people who have not received cashback and then consider whether you should permit Hastings to be listed on your site.
on here. They seem to be very unrelaible. Not happy :(

Purchased home insurance following all the rules, and it never tracked. I've raised an enquiry and hope it gets sorted but not holding my breath. I've made lots of purchases through TCB and this is the first not to track. :-(
