	Mine took a while to track and 3 months to pay. when I asked topcashback about it Hastings seem to be working 3 months behind in authorising the payments. I wonder if this is to weed out those who buy and then cancel after receiving the cashback?? Anyway, took longer than I would have liked but it's in my bank account now :)

	Well after reading all the comments I'm not surprised that the transaction has been declined I honestly wish that the site would remove these merchants who essentially lure you in with a promise of money and then 'pull the plug'. I paid up front and could have got a better price if I hadn't taken the money back into consideration. This is the second insurance that have declined payment the other being Budget

	have not recieved my 30 pound fuel voucher or cash back. not holding my breath for either of them called hastings who said i should have had the voucher within 28 days (its been 50+), assured me i will have it soon. cashback, seems like no one gets it. not hopeful or happy try differnt site.

	Mine hasn't been tracked and now there's no cashback!! I could have easily gone elsewhere, I could have gone through another site. What's going on? Not happy!

	My first experience ,not good. As others have stated, not tracked had a good deal anyway, but other options available ,so if no cashback etc. I would feel like I have been duped into the option of going to hasting direct for my car insurance.Waiting patiently in hope.

	Bought contents insurance on 05/09/09 - nothing has tracked. Enquiry sent but still nothing. Insurance cost £48 and I was supposed to be getting £53 back....but surprise surprise...it didn't track. Have now "nudged" 3 times and nothing..... Disappointing and best avoided until TCB resolve some of their cashback issues with this company.

	This is my first attempt as trying out this cashback process and probably my last. I've received nothing and, as a result, my car insurance premium is far higher than it should be (as I haven't received the cashback I was supposed to). I'm wanting someone to prove to me that this is not just a big con but i'm not holding my breath. 'If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is'...why didn't I listen to this mantra?

	Insurance taken out 2 weeks before my mid June renewal date, tracked 2 months later has has just become payable. No sign of the MOT voucher and like others have said, beware the admin charge for any changes to your policy. Glad to have the cashback but I won't be using them next year.

	I received my payment as stated - cheap car insurance already but with the £53 cash back it was even cheaper. Took longer than originally stated but worth using them in the end.

	Hastings tracked quickly for me and my policy started mid July. i did get concerned seeing comments on here when my payment also went past its payment date. I submitted an enquiry and was told that they quite often pay out after 3 months of the policy being in place and I'm happy to say that was the case for me. I got my cashback just a few days ago in Oct. No MOT voucher, but it was the cashback I was more bothered about.

	Paid them on the 9th June. It tooks ages for them to confirm my transaction, and now over 4 months later I still haven't had my cashback marked as payable. I can only hope that I never have to make a claim on their insurance.
