	18 months to be paid out and another tyre refused I bought four tyres in Feb 2024 and then another in June 2024 after a puncture. Cash back due was £43 and around £13, respectively. I cancelled £1,000 order with Costco for the same to do it through TopCashback and Halfords as it saved another £28. Candidly, it annoyed me waiting 18 months to the point I would never buy tyres at Halfords again. If an organisation makes an offer, it needs to deliver it in a reasonable time. I have told many people about this, bad business for Halfords to the point that they should either pull the deal or accelerate sorting it out, terrible for a brand. Only two stars as they eventually paid out four. Be aware !

	Avoid Halfords, they are abysmal and do not pay out. No sign of my purchase tracking so I had to open a claim, it has been 18 weeks now and still nothing. I foolishly made another purchase soon after and have had to manually chase this one up too as it did not track. I only bought from Halfords as they promised cashback. I have done everything right and stuck to all their rules so they should be paying out. Top cashback need to start protecting customers and stop retailers from conning people into buying from these people as it is technically fraud, promising cashback if we buy from them then not keeping their part of the deal. They should weed out these con merchants and ban them ! I should have got my items from Ebay or Argos, lesson learned, we will not buy from Halfords via Top Cacshback in future.

	poor payback time Feb 24 when i bought from Halfords. Just paid up 8 august 25. APPALLING. Agree with everyone else. Get you act together halfords !

	13 months to pay £0.37 Incredibly slow at payout. Yes it eventually paid, but it annoyed me so much, for such a tiny amount, that I will no longer use Halfords.

	Very Poor Chased up payable cashback from Halfords on purchase on 2/12/24 as still pending 21/7/25. TopCashback looked into delay and paid me within 24 hours and chased Halfords for payment to them. Won’t use Halfords again when others can be more reliable. It’s a pity large retailers don’t honour their promise when you give them your business and support TopCashback and they then have to chase them for payment.

	Why bother? No idea why Halfords are on TCB, their reputation on here is abysmal. I’m not remotely bothered whether I get the pennies that I accrued over several separate transactions with them but the one they have confirmed dates back to Feb 2024 and still not been paid.

	1 Year and still waiting. Dont bank on receiving this. Waiting since 5th June 24 for cashback, followed all rules. Have contacted customer services a number of times and most recently they just said "We're still waiting for confirmation and payment from the retailer."

	No Cash back Still waiting for cash back from November 2024. I do not mind waiting but feel this is just going to sit pending forever. I will certainly look elsewhere next time!

	Pointless Never get cashback. They ask far an order number in a style that doesnt exist. They state all order numbers are purely numerical - yet they begin with a letter. So no claim can ever progress. Laughable

	Mobile tyre fitting. I've been waiting since September 2024 for my cashback. It's tracking on tcb site, but no pay out. Having looked at their reviews it seems to be a common problem. I assume they don't pay cashback, like quite a few on this site. Another company to add to the avoid at all costs list. It's about time that tcb cracked down on these dishonest companies before everyone gives up on this site!

	Pending since September Cashback has been pending since September! I don't understand what takes so long, I guess they just don't want to do the cashback. I wouldn't waste your time with them!

	Not so good these days I've been waiting and waiting....and waiting for several amounts of cashback from Halfords. They used to pay out after a few weeks, now it's been many months without them paying out despite the cashback tracking. Have they stopped giving cashback out I wonder?

	Cashback did not track. My purchase did not track. I claimed but it was rejected. Really disappointed. It seems from the other reviews that Halfords avoid paying cashback as much as possible.

	Halfords are Cashback Scammers! Halfords do not pay anyone cashback. (Check other reviews) I have two which have been pending for over 1 year now. I complained to Topcashback asking how they can continue to be allowed to scam Topcashback customers when they never pay out. Topcash back told me they are a good honest mechant!!!! Halfords are dishonest. Topcashback are aware of the problem but continue to allow them to trade from their platform! Not good.
