“Great plants at fab prices, good delivery service, fast payers” is how one of our members who decided to leave feedback described their experience of shopping at Gardening Express. There are plenty of other members who have also been pleased with the products and service provided by the online garden centre, with other Gardening Express reviews comments including “great plants at a good price”, “good service and reasonable prices” and “top seller”.

While there are some reviews which complain about the length of time it took to receive cashback or the quality of plants delivered, other members have clearly been delighted with their cashback experience when shopping with Gardening Express. “Fast paying cashback”, “great rates, fast tracking” and “cashback took two weeks to track but (was) confirmed within four weeks” are just some of the positive Gardening Express review comments you will find.

	Cashback received without an issue, however the quality of the plants is exceptionally poor. Half dead, pot bound and foliage taped to the packaging that did not survive transit. Seriously reconsider using this site.

	TERRIBLE. Purchased 3 lots of 2 cyprus trees 1.6-1.8m tall. Upon arrival the largest tree is 1.4m and the smallest at just a metre. Tried to get in touch with gardening express but there is no contact number so followed the support ticket route, 4 days in still nothing, again sent another ticket. I paid £269.85 for these and based on the sizes i recieved these trees can be purchased in B&Q for £29 each. I was quite happy to get this resolved but really upset that Gardening express couldnt be bothered to come back to me to resolve.

	AVOID!!! Plant delivered 30% smaller than promised, they would not change it arguing this is within spec!! Cheaters, do not use!

	Cashback experience great, received cash back pretty quick but haven't received the goods, almost 4 weeks after placing the order. Quoted 3-5 days for delivery then went on site and this had changed to 15 days. Opened a query ticket and had no response as yet. Very poor customer service!! Will definitely avoid in the future!

	2nd bad delivery, I ordered a large Aucuba Japonica bush £24.95 and this was delivered in frost damaged condition and wait for it, 3 little plants in a large pot! have since bought a B&Q plant at £16.50 for 3x size and a Hombase plant £7.99 same size as the Gardening express bushes.

	Dont deal with them - I had a damaged delivery and you get 14days to return goods if you are not happy, What happened is they took 3weeks to reply and said a broken pot and snapped branches not a reason to return just replant and trim the damage back!

	Received my order within 3 working days of placing the order, tracked within 12 hours. Really pleased with the bay trees, just need to wait for the cash back now should be 31/10/09

	Disgusted, waited from June 29th to July 14th with no word, i finally phoned them & item still hasn't been sent out, staff member started talking above me while i was asking why i wasn't told that it was out of stock at the time of ordering, then she had the cheek to ask if she could finish talking!. Then after all this time i was told it would be delivered Weds or Thurs, i was just expected to stay home for 2 whole days in the event that they might actually, finally send this. Have now been told it will come Weds after explaining that the 1st plan wasn't acceptable. If you like a smooth transaction, steer clear.

	Do not buy anything from this firm. They take your money as soon as they receive your order but do not deliver the goods.
