Absolute disgrace. Plants arrived damaged. Unable to make contact by phone, Numerous emails remained unanswered. Fiannaly found out today no replacements available, and Gardening direct proudly boasts of having 10000 unanswered emails. Ordered replacements from Woolmanss.

Products came through at various times and the companies communications were limited but they did respond quickly to order queries and I did get everything I ordered eventually. The products are very good, all seeds germinated. Paid cashback swiftly and without issue.

Ordered plants beginning of April. One plant arrived - OK, but very small. Next, some weeks later 96 "large plants" arrived. Actually small plug plants, some of which were dead, others damaged. What remain are not thriving. Awaited further plants - no sign. Emailed - no response. Filled in form - no response. Rang this morning. Kept waiting for 20 minutes, all the while being advised my call was important to them, then cut off. Absolute shambles. Covid no excuse. They are managing to email me constantly trying to sell me more plants, but are unable either send what I ordered, or to respond to my queries. I won't ever use them again.

Ordered spring bulbs, delivered quickly hence the one star.Bulbs damp and mouldy. Instantly complained and them send pictures of mouldy bulbs.was told they were ok to plant. So much for the guarantee of customer satisfaction, it not worth them stating that as it is useless.

Plants took 4 weeks to arrive, small, dry and unhealthy, did not flourish in best compost in greenhouse. “Mystery plant offer worth £11.99 “ cost another £4.99, arrived in June - supposed to be “Jumbo” worth £11.99 - 6 tiny nemesia received.
