You won't get what you paid for....
You might get the cashback, but you won't get what you paid for, especially if you buy a subscription. I bought a 1-year YouTube premium subscription; after 6 months, it was revoked. I put in a support ticket, got a new key, and after a further 3 months, it was revoked again, meaning only 9 months of subscription were provided, making it more expensive than actually buying the subscription directly from YouTube.
They seem to work by buying family accounts in cheaper countries, like India. When you buy a subscription through them, they give you a code to be added to the "shared offshore" account. These are paid monthly; after 6 months, they close them, hoping you don't complain. If you do, they stick you in another one, which they will close again. After the second, they won't issue a third key, so you don't get your full year.
