Absolutely terrible.
I recently bought Kardashian Gold from this website as a present for my sister. The package arrive very quickly but unfortunately there was no cellophane on the box and the lid of the perfume was missing!
I have emailed fragrance mad 3 times and have still yet to receive an answer from them.
Don't buy from this site, pay the couple of pounds extra and get it from a website where you'll receive all of the product.

I have now purchased the same product (YSL Elle EDP) twice this year (2011) from Fragrance Mad. Both times cash back has tracked OK and delivery has been quick (2 days via the standard 2nd class option last time).
The price was competitive - some 20% cheaper than the High Street. Although there are cheaper online sellers of this product out there, I went for Fragrance Mad because of the much better customer reviews. I would recommend them and will use them again.

Really happy with this site! The fragrance was the cheapest when I shopped around, it was packed well with a quick delivery. Cashback tracked and confirmed in two days! This is probably the best site I have used through TopCashback
