Great Company but doesn't pay cashback!
Should be removed from Topcashback! Cashback rarely tracks and if you claim they decline it.

This company needs removing
Forest Holidays needs removing from TopCashBack. They falsely advertise as giving cashback without no intension of doing so. All links were correctly followed. But after 10 months of dispute they just turn round and say they have no record of purchase. Topcashback should also be taking this fraud seriously and ensuring they remove Forest Holidays from there list of participants.

If I could leave 0 I would!
Rubbish - like others here waited month and months only to be told my order did not track. I have had no other issues from any other vendor and used the same process with a tracker on my web browser so I knew it had tracked. I can't see one person ever even getting a cashback. They should be removed and I have made a formal complaint

This is the second time they have not paid out
Last years & this years Forest holiday claim has been declined I'm assuming they just don't pay out and should be removed from this service

6 months of waiting, no cashback
Spent over £1,000 on a holiday here, and was informed that the cashback tracked fine as i use the built in cashback tracker on my browser. However Forest Holidays have got back to me after raising a claim saying "Your order was not found in the purchases TopCashback referred." I have never had this issue before, and it just sounds like a sub-par excuse to get away with not awarding cashback. This company needs to be removed from TopCashback as it seems like noone ever received theres, but are receiving traffic to their site thanks to this 'offer'.

Why bother
Plenty of people report they don’t get their cash back, why bother having them as a retailer on the platform? It took 7 months to get a response that was denied anyway.

Like all the other reviewers, I’ve got payable at £0.00. Why is it on top cash back if they don’t pay? I did make a claim and it’s disappeared so contacted customer services again but reading the other reviews I don’t hold out much hope.

Poor so far
Book a trip with Forest Holidays. Tracked quite quickly, but was showing £0 payable. Raised a claim, which took a long time to be actioned. Now I'm told it will be months. Really not very good. Time will tell if I ever get my 3%.

They do not give cashback.
We've had two holidays via TopCashback links, and neither of them has been approved by Forest Holidays. We're still waiting to hear back from 9 months ago. Forest Holidays clearly do not honour their cashback incentives, which in my view is a form of misselling.

They Don’t Pay Out ??
Two holidays booked, neither tracked. First holiday I apparently didn’t use tcb, when I know I did. I’ve claimed over £2k using tcb, I know how it works. Took 6 months to advice. Second holiday made a claim via customer service. Booked in September and stayed in October and still nothing from Forest Holidays even after numerous nudges and messages sent via TCB. They simply do not pay out and should be taken off top cash back. It’s a fraction of the actual cost of the holiday. Penny pinching and fraudulent use of a great cash back site.

Cashback of £0 payable?!
Forest Holidays should be removed from Topcashback, as it appears noone seems to get their cashback! I spent over £1000 on a booking and apparently the status of my cashback is payable of £0. This is false advertising and topcashback should remove them from the site ASAP.

As others have said, do not book this if you think you are going to get cash back. We booked through first holidays directly, especially to get cash back but it seems them do not ever pay. Naughty to advertise that they do when clearly they don’t. No reason at all for us not to get it?

DO NOT BOOK!
Do not book with forest holidays assuming you will get the cashback as they simply do not pay it! All the usual excuses pretending there is a good reason to not pay it but the reality is they are fraudulently claiming they will give cashback to gain more business but have no intention of paying it. This is clearly evidenced by the volume of negative reviews they continue to receive.

Forest can’t see the wood for the trees
Booked a three generations break with these lot at great cost turned down the TopCashback payment of £12 on over £1000 payment TopCashback honoured the payment themselves which they didn’t have too but that shows how good they are The forest stay was very basic save your money go elsewhere! Forest parent group Sykes cottages group need I go on?

Cash back declined
Poor response from TopCashback and Forest Holidays. Raised a ticket in 2022 4 months after holiday and recently told it is now too old to anything about. Somehow I don’t think forest holidays are now wanting to do cash back given the number of negative recent reviews! I wouldn’t recommend this offer.

Cashback tracked immediately. But i had to submit a missing cashback claim as I booked 12months or so in advance. Tried to claim the missing cashback, was REJECTED by Forest Holidays for some obscure reason. Even though I booked it thrugh TopCashback.
