Would not recommend...
While they initially tracked well, paid cashback, and offered a good pick up service when I first started using them back in 2021, service has worsened these last 2 years resulting in no cashback and a car that came back from a MOT with a lit "check engine" light. Currently following their complaints process and may update this review at a later point.

Good experience
I have used fixter a few times now, aside from getting my cashback they also completed my MoT, service and other repairs.

DO NOT USE BOOKED WEEKS IN ADVANCE TO BE TOLD THE DAY BEFORE THEY COULD NOT DO THE JOB WHEN I CALLED THEN WAS TOLD THEY HAD BOOKINGS IN TWO DAYS TIME BUT NO DRIVERS SO I WOULD HAVR TO DRIVE 15 MILES TO THE NEAREST GARAGE AND THE COMPLAINTS MANAGER HAS NOT CALLED ME BACK DREADFULL SERVICE

Never choose Fixter, They dont send driver to pick or drop. We end up waiting in cold for more than a hour to get MOT done. Garage don’t let us drop our car and go. Fixter don’t respond to calls. Horrible service. Never get cheated by their sweet talks. They just fool you.
