I rang the telephone number on the confirmation email, was told it was the wrong number, they transferred me to another number who told me that it was the wrong department and told me to ring the original number, when I said I've just rang that number, she then went on to as me my name and address, she said my order had been cancelled, when I told her I had already paid for the order she asked me for my bank detail. I then became suspicious and put the phone down. I will be going through PayPal to get my money back. I then ordered my cartridges from HP which were £7 cheaper and have a 48 hr delivery time!!

I've ordered from FMS twice in 2015 so far via TopCashback and previously before knowing they were listed here. They're very competitive with their pricing and the service they provide is second to none. The delivery on both occasions has been super fast. Either next day or next day +1. Great to see this is a "Faster Paying" Retailer. However, the turn around time for payment to reach "Payable" is (in my view) a little excessive. At the time of writing this review it stood at 13 weeks - 3 months!!!!! That would be my only complaint. As a result they don't get 5 stars and only get 4 stars. Also, I should note that at the time of writing this review my transactions are still "Pending". Buy with confidence. Great retailer.

After 2 weeks waiting for the ink cartridges I have told them where to put the ink. First after 5 days I rang to find out why no delivery. I was told there was a problem with my address which when they repeated it back to me it was correct 2 days later I phoned again and the excuse was there was a problem with my card which again when checked was ok . I was told it would be here the following day but 2 days later I had to ring again to find out where it was. This time I asked for Customer Service manager. I was told that she was dealing with another customer and she would ring back in 5 mins. 4 hours later I had to ring back and was told Customer Service Manager had gone home and that she cant speak to everybody that rings up. So at that point I told them where to stick the ink. After being recommended to go there from HP I am not happy. So bye bye FMS you will never get my business again.
