Dishonest merchant, outright lies
Avoid these liars. I've tried them a few times over the years (you'd think I'd learn my lesson, right?). They simply will not pay any cashback. They always decline instantly, hoping you won't appeal. If you do raise a claim the response is always "Voucher/Promo used", which is categorically untrue. Never used another voucher code, cookies cleared, no discount etc but still the same feeble excuse and an instant decline. There are other sellers with similar prices who will actually give cashback. It's clearly not a huge amount of money, it's just the calculated dishonesty that rankles. I'd give them zero stars if the system let me.

fast tracking. Fast cashback decline.
Tracked instantly then declined two days later.
My tip would be to ignore their offer/discount codes ( around 8%) and if you are a new customer use TCB (currently 17%).

First Merchant to not honour cashback when using NHS discount code
I have been using TopCashback for a while now and this merchant is the first one I have experienced not honouring cashback due to the use of also using a promo code. I regularly shop via Topcashback and will always use an additional discount code when purchasing from any merchant if one is available to me via my Bluelightcard membership.
The experience has taught me to read the T&Cs of each merchant because it was stated for Feel Good Contacts but was not obvious. Had I know I would have shopped via another retailer in order to save as much money as I possibly could.

Fast CashBack
Received cashback and was payable, just under 3 weeks of purchasing.
This is extremely fas when I consider other retailers that I have encountered that can take 3-4 months to payout!
