	Criminal - offer should be removed Retailer declined my claim with no explanation. Been trying to get it resolved with their customer service team and they are ignoring the issue. Topcashback needs to investigate this and challenge the retailer because they are ripping off a lot of people.

	Rapid Cashback My cashback didn't track initially and had to go through the process of waiting a week to submit a claim to TopCashback customer service and started expecting the worst seeing all the negative reviews here. A day after submitting my claim the cashback was inserted into my account and showed as pending. The next day it had updated to confirmed and the following day the cashback was payable which is probably the fastest payable cashback I've ever received on this website. Obviously other members' poor experiences aren't ideal but in my case they have been able to pay out the cashback as expected (~£20 cashback against a ~£110 spend).

	Cash back declined -Do not use! Did everything as requested but cashback declined. Seems that this is the norm for this company. Wouldn’t have used them if I read the reviews beforehand ( my fault ).

	Scammers indeed and misusing topcashbacks good name - Avoid Hiding behind reasons that are impossible to prove, except I am sure like most others, seeing Topcashback voucher in place provided security that cashback would work. I was meticulous in ensuring I did not venture to any other page or site whilst making the purchase, so I know it couldn't have been that. The offers are still on TCB for feel good, so seems to me that this is very bad acting by Feel Good.

	AVOID. Don't pay cashback Never used this compare before, and they declined me and said I didn't meet the criteria. If you look at the reviews for this copy, though, this seems to be commonplace, so avoid at all costs! I think one star is pretty generous to be honest!!

	Cashback never accepted Don't bother using the cashback link here. They don't approve any cashback. Use a code instead. I missed out on a 10 percent off code thinking I'd get this cashback. But it was declined by the company.

	crap dont expect any cash back Feel good contacts are shady bad company, dont fall for the new customer cashback; you won't get it. I advise buying the frame only and using another company for a prescription. This will reduce their markup profit.

	They never approve cashback Never had cashback approved, multiple transactions over the years. They will find any loop hole to decline the cashback, they may as well not be affiliated. Waste of time
