Cashback and amount spent
Cashback arrived quickly but I spent £1460 and at 1.1% I was expecting more than £7.07. Only £631 pounds recognised from £1460 spent !

Extremely slow. Don't expect a payout and you may be surprised a year later
Extremely slow payout. Despite it tracking, I had to make a claim via customer services for the payment as it took more than 1-year from the date of the flight (even longer than the date I made the purchase).
So far, 2x UK departures paid out. 2x Non-UK flights with this airline are still pending.

No cashback so far.....
My cashback did not track so I raised a claim, over a year on and I am still waiting for the response from Ethiopian..............................
Not sure anything will ever happen......
