My purchase never tracked
I purchased a single fuel contract with Ecotricity, but annoyingly it never appeared. the TopCashback system says wait, but then it does not appear and you have no proof of purchase via TopCashback. I suggest taking a screenshot of the page when TopCashback transfers you over the the vendor. I am finding it a bit hit and miss on the larger purchases, but small ones are mostly very good. Here I've missed out on £22.

Wrong cashback
Should have received £50 cashback for new dual fuel account, but only tracked for £25. I've submitted claim for the correct amount.

Had to log claim for full payout
Initially the purchase only track at single fuel, although I had signed up for a dual fuel tariff, so only half the cashback tracked automatically.
I logged a claim and it was successfully resolved.
