Never tracks now, but have always paid out so far

Always tracks quickly...
Whenever I purchased something on eBay, it always tracks without fail. Which can't always be said for other retailers. Shows up within 24hrs.

Never tracks lately
Never tracks lately. Used to always track but not this last year, ever since Ebay went to using sign on verification! To be fair Ebay have always paid, but manual claims all the time are a pain!

It doesn't work. I've bought a number of things - always starting with the TCB website, and NONE of it has tracked! I'm having to put in manual claims for each transaction - what a waste of my time....

Transactions never track
Good company but transactions never track anymore since 2022, have to submit missing cashback claims each time for all purchases regardless of amount. No issues with other companies tracking.
