Never Tracks
Every time I make a purchase on eBay I have to raise a missing claim. I assume someone thinks you won't bother to put in a claim as the amounts they pay are so small then someone claims the money on your behalf. A lot of missing claims would add up to a tidy amount. I think this should be investigated.
