No issues with getting a payout via eBay.
Always pays out, usually only pennies, but it all adds up over the year. Have never had to submit a missing cash back claim. Takes a little while to be approved, but no issues!!

I have made many purchases from eBay using Top Cashback.
Forget the 'typically pays out in one day'. I have cash back waiting to go into my account from eBay for almost 2 MONTHS!
