Never have any problems
I buy a lot from Ebay and never have any problems with the cashback. The only time it didn't track, it was resolved much faster than a lot of my other non tracked claims form other merchants

Rubbish
Ebay has only tracked once for me out of many purchases. Every time I have to raise a missing cashback claim. Many people won't bother due to the small amounts given so someone will pocket the money on their behalf, quite a scam.

Late to record purchase
Regularly use eBay through TC..but are slow sometimes recording visits, payment and confirmation. A long time to wait as well for payment. I work on the premise of ‘Better late than never”.. and using eBay frequently raises an account balance, which I wouldn’t otherwise have.

Doesn't track
Cashback rarely tracks anymore. I've raised several claims recently. My last 2 purchases didn't track, but I didn't bother submitting a claim as total cashback would only have been 22p.
