Always payout and quick
I've used both eBay and TCB for years and always paid out from Ebay. 1% isn't much but adds up over the years even with small purchases.
Great 10% cashback on black Friday, got £44 back on my order and it was confirmed and payable before Christmas.

Ebay Cashback
I have used Ebay for years and also topcashback I always click into top cashback to get my cashback its nearly always stuck on only 1% which is not very much and occasionally its 3% I wish it was more of a % so this has affected my shopping on Ebay recently because I want to earn more cashback, therefore I have shopped elsewhere and went to other cashback websites as well to check if I can earn more money.
It also takes a really long time to get the cashback to a payable status. Sometimes my cashback doesnt appear in my earnings list and I have to remind top cashback.

Always prompt paying
Just go on to top cashback first then put in ebay in the search, then anything you buy gives you either just 1% or sometimes up to 3% cash back. Every little helps !
