Nor consistent
Sometimes I have been able to get through to these and resolved problems quickly. Other times I have lost money despite following their procedures. There are numerous foreign companies who sell on eBay and they are clearly dodgy yet eBay allow them to continue to sell. There is no real method of reporting them. It is mostly the Chinese companies but there are plenty of others. EBay do nothing to root them out. Paypal need sorting out. EBay promote the use of Paypal and I have lost money because of them despite providing all the evidence they needed at the time.

Well how to start,, on most of the purchases from Ebay over the years, they have gone through,, but sometimes I would say,,,, have got lost in transit!!! why don't I get
in touch,, I did that before and didn't get very far
So to sum It up,, Don't take it that you will get it every time but when you have a look at your account say after a year You might get a nice surprise and thats the way I look at it, Is it worthwhile I Would Say So

I buy on ebay and know my purchase will track and pay out without having to chase up it up with tcb. Not like many other other retailers where cashback doesn't track and you have to open a ticket and wait months to get your cashback.

Changing for the poorer
Just received 1 confirmation of pending cashback, out of 3 items bought in the same week in August. The cashback on the other 2 items, which has been "pending" since purchase, have now completely disappeared from my Earnings. No explanation, not "declined", just gone as if the purchase never happened.
Disappointing from a retailer which has been reliable (if a little slow) up to now.
