	Declined my Cashback even though I did everything right (delted cookies etc). This was quite a big purchase so I got badly burn. I no longer really trust topCashback or at least thier 'system'. Customer support was no help at all.

	Made a £600 hotel booking and cashback declined for no apparent reason.... I cancelled the booking (had free cancellation) and rebooked with Ebookers. Doubt if I would use this merchant again....

	Confirmed at 16.00 however it is now April 2013 and I went away in June 2012. Will this ever become payable?

	had a great holiday in July 2012, it's now march 2013 and I do not have my £16 cashback yet.. it is still confirmed and has been for along time.

	Like most others on here booked a £600 hotel and it straight away tracked to £0.00. I opened up a dispute with topcashback on 13th November 2012 and on 20th December 2012 it was referred to the merchant. However when signing in today it has changed to say £27.62 confirmed so keep at it guys as you can get results! However I would avoid easytobook at all costs as it is alot of hassle to go through to get the cashback :)

	Cashback tracked straight to zero when it should have been approx £9. Submitted a claim... Waiting for a month so far. This retailer should be removed from Topcashback.

	Same experience as most people it seems, i have booked with easy to book on two separate occasions through topcashback. Both of my transactions tracked but subsequently changed to £0.00. I have lodged two separate claims and not heard anything for 5 months. Not happy at all and will never use them again! AVOID

	I had the same thing as some of you others. Cashback seemed to track fine to start with and then changed to Zero at some point after. It was too late by time I noticed to claim.

	Shown as £0.00 straightaway. Lodged a cashback claim but not heard anything from Topcashback so far. Not impressed. Avoid this retailer (unless of course they are cheaper by the difference - the actual booking was fine).

	Like two other people before fighting to get cashback. Declined straight away - do not use unless absolutely have to and they are the lowest price.

	appeared to track fine, then suddenly was changed to £0.00 and could not claim back as was over 100 days old - will not use easytobook again - expedia has never failed to track as an example bry
