	Cashback was not paid Enjoyed the holiday but the cashback of over £60 was never paid. Appealed, and despite tracking properly via the website, they are refusing to pay as "topcashback was not seen as the reason for sale". Ridiculous as it tracked properly. I would suggest that, if considering booking via easyJet holidays, assume the cashback will not be paid as it seems to be a theme.

	Excellent Experience It's been a couple of time we use EasyJet Holydays service for our holidays and it's been a very good experience every time. One of the best value for the price.

	5% Cashback - Nice! Booked a trip in last week of January '25 for holiday departing 29th March, the link didn't initially track into my account but I put in a' Missing Cashback' claim. I could confirm the day, date & time by my emails, along with the Booking Number and total amount for the booking, Top Cash then did whatever they do their end and the £74 appeared in my account as pending, I chased up a couple of times and then got my cashback on 29th July, so as long as you can provide the necessary information Easyjet cashback works fine. And it was a brilliant holiday as well, so just about to re-book. Easyjet are only offering 3% currently but with their Summer Sale on, it all adds up.

	Declined cashback multiple times 3 occasions I have booked with easyjet holidays via Topcashback none of which tracked. 3 claims raised, 2 declined and the other on ice still. The ones that got declined should have been valid but easyjet declined them both.

	Declined ‘User Error’ As often the case with larger spend/cashbacks, dispute states ‘wasn’t evidence that purchase was via TC’ same response for other retailers yet amazingly tracks/works for lower amount. All too easy to blame user error!

	It does not register the transaction I have used easyjet twice last 4 mints using the topcashback links and browser extension. But anyhow neither transactions has been registered . As other reviews. Don't bother with easyjet when it comes to Cashback.

	Best to avoid Easyjet and use another holiday provider! Best to avoid Easyjet and use another holiday provider as they have again declined the cashback, even though all criteria was met. There are many other tour operators that are more trustworthy and honour the cashback when you book. I have queried this with TopCashback but not expecting anything different. I will update if I get anywhere!

	Do not trust Declined my cash back of >£100 without explanation despite meeting all the criteria. No process to challenge but I opened a case with TC anyway and unfortunately that didn’t work either, easyJet just declined it again without explanation. Won’t be using them again and I would advise you to ignore what easyJet claim you can earn in cash back.

	Declined to Pay, the usual 'Did not Track' As is often the case with larger value claims (not just this merchant) they state the transaction didn't track, yet for previous, smaller purchases it's always 100% fine. Disappointing and missing claim service is useless as it simply blames user error..
