One star is too many in my opinion- declined both claims then belatedly agreed to pay 1 small one. No reason given for not paying - I will personally now avoid them.

Rarely accepts claims. I use TCB regularly and this is the only supplier to regularly reject claims. I've had 1 out 5 go through. Weirdly it was the cheapest.

Giving 1 star only because I have to in order to post my comments - should be zero stars. Six months on from when I used these to park at East Mids airport and still showing as pending. Raised continuous tickets with Topcashback but no further forward. I have used other merchants before and all have paid out quickly. First and last time I will use this one.

Like others accessed the booking page through topcashback, purchased etc. Months later I have had my claim declined despite proof of purchase. Annoyingly they don't even have to provide a reason.

After clicking through TCB link didnt track made a claim which was declined made a further claim that was declined TCB made further enquiries as to why it was declined they were told i didnt click through there merchant so came to nothing TCB were great all the way through just a shame i lost out on cashback

After having my original cash back declined by EMA and put in a claim again had this claim yet again declined with no reason been given by EMA so dont rely too much on cashback as you may or may not get it
