	I ordered from Dune on 16 Dec 2011 and the estimated payable date for cashback was 24 Feb 12 but its 20 June today and its still showing as confirmed but not paid.....ridiculous amount of time to wait and no point in using topcashback for this retailer!!

	Order placed 1/12/12 - confirmed visit by Topcashback website when order placed but did not track - have submitted claim since which has been registered but from other customer comments will be surprised if I receive any cash back at all. Will not be using Topcashback for this merchant any more & suggest others avoid

	Order came quickly. Moved to confirmed ok. Order dated Dec 2011, still at confirmed only and its 19th July 2012. Not holding breath for this one to become payable.

	Bought Item in DEC2010 and have yet to get the cashback. Poor from Dune and Topcashback. I would not use Dune again.

	Tracked quickly in December 2010, but still not payable. 7 months I think is poor service by the merchant.

	I brought 2 pairs of shoes last year. The cashback was supposed to be payable in November 2010. It's almost March 2011 and still nothing. The delivery was also very later. Email was sent to customer service and never got a reply. I wouldn't really use their website again unless I really have to.

	Ordering was fine, but 6 days after the supposed delivery date my boots had still not arrived. When I gave Royal Mail my tracking reference number I was advised that the item had been sent as a noin signed for item meaning that as far as they were concerned the item had been delivered. I tried unseccessfully to call Dune and sent an email which to date I still have not received a response to. After speaking to the sorting office they eventually turned up that afternoon (the cyninc in me does not believe that this was a coincidence as I was clearly not happy when on the phone to the sorting office). I do not hold Dune responsible for Royal Mail's incompetance but I do not expect a £165 pair of boots to be sent non signed for just so that the company can save themselves a few pounds. From now on I will stick to shopping with them in store.

	Cashback doesn't track and when a claim is raised, they don't accept stating that a voucher code was use, I didn't use any voucher code. Unbelievable.

	Every time I have ordered from Dune the cashback doesn't track and when a claim is raised, they inform me that it wasn't the 'last referral'. Unbelievable.

	I have previously received a Topcashback payment from Dune on purchases via their website but my last purchase in October has failed to track and after several nudges I have still not received cashback. This is the only merchant I have used via TopCashback that has failed to track. Poor service from Dune.

	I have tried three times in one day to order a product from Dune via Topcashback and it does not go past the registration stage. I will try one more time, then I think I will just give up and look elsewhere.
