Cashback terms and exclusions

What will stop me getting cashback?
  • If the policy is cancelled.
  • This program is being monitored, so any abuse of the terms in any way may result in your account being terminated
  • If anyone other than the person named on the insurance application makes payments into the plan.
  • If you stop paying your premiums.
  • If you have previously purchased a Drewberry product but have since cancelled that plan.
  • If you reduce your premium.
  • If you have purchased with stolen or fabricated details.
  • Using a promotional/voucher code not posted and approved by TopCashback.
What else is essential?
  • Purchases must be completed immediately and fully online.
  • Make sure you have third party cookie tracking enabled and you allow the confirmation page to fully load before closing the window.
  • You must generate a new quote and purchase directly after clicking through the above link.
  • Cashback is available on UK domestic private health insurance plans and not international health insurance or travel insurance plans.
  • Available on policies purchased online or over the telephone.
  • Only clicks generated from Inside the UK will be accepted and eligible for cashback.
  • Private Medical Insurance cashback can be earned simply by clicking through to the merchant and shopping as normal.
  • Cashback is available through TopCashback on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online or via telephone.

  • After clicking through to Drewberry’s website from the link, you must generate a new transaction within 30 days.
  • There is a 90 Day validation period from the date of your first premium into your plan, after which Drewberry will ensure the transaction is valid and that all payments due to them have been received. On meeting these criteria, any valid tracked purchases will be confirmed.
  • You can only withdraw your cashback via BACS once it reaches Payable.
  • Recurrences on the amount of purchases that can be made while earning cashback may be limited.
  • Transactions for this merchant should appear as pending within 24 hours. They will remain at this status until the retailer confirms that we're eligible for cashback. Once this happens your purchase will reach the confirmed stage of your account. When the merchant then pays us the cashback we can make this payable in your account.
  • Transactions will initially track at £0.00 and uplift on validation.
  • This merchant calculates cashback excluding VAT, delivery and any other charges.
What to do when
  • Whilst the vast majority of transactions from merchants track successfully, occasionally a transaction may not get reported. If you believe this to be the case, please submit a 'Missing Cashback' query within 4 Months of the transaction, as we will be unable to chase up older claims.
  • Some merchants may not be forthcoming with untracked cashback. We endeavour to chase untracked cashback but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based upon expected cashback as it is not guaranteed.
  • A "Missing Cashback" query must be submitted within 100 days of the transaction, if the transaction does not track automatically.
  • We will make all reasonable endeavors to secure the payment of commission on a transaction but we do not and cannot make any guarantee in this regard.
