	I got pennies cashback contrary to what they promised. I followed every detail of the process to the dot. Documented everything including the deal terms, submitted a complaint via TopCashbak and nothing. Will never use them again and believe in cashback deals.

	0 stars as declined to payout Went through to discover cars - booking and paying what was required to hire a car in Orlando, only to find that the payout has been declined by Discover Cars. We then had an issue when we arrived at Orlando airport as they initially could not find the booking until I showed them the paperwork and they found it. I think this sneeky company changed the booking so they didn't have to payout. Completely not of my doing or fault, but theirs. Now I'm left without the cashback - what a waste as I should have booked elsewhere! Don't bother with this company if you really want your cashback.

	Price is higher for the same rental through TCB vs directly DiscoverCars This is a bad deal.There is a significant cost to using TopCashBack, so it is not worth paying more and taking the risk that the DiscoverCars won't honour the referral.

	Cheaper to avoid using TCB Just book direct, the price through TCB is inflated by way more than the tiny amount of cashback you will receive.

	A Nice Little Extra Our son lives in Portugal. We visit 4 or 5 times a year. We always hire through Discover Cars (normally settle on a deal with Drive On Holidays/Movida). The cash back is usually on the initial part payment (deposit). Can't complain - it's clearly in the t&c's. As the hire cost is always competitive, whatever cashback we get is a nice bonus. We have no problem using Discover, via TCB, on a repeat basis.

	Misleading I was promised 30% Cashback but received 3%. I don't see why Top Cashback allow such misleading offers? Either do business honestly or don't bother because you will be found out! Stay away from this company.

	Topcashback Scam I booked a hire car with Discovercars.com in May 2025 and paid £109.83 yet Topcashback have tracked this at only £3.84? Really a hire car for only £3.84? The cashback value states £1.15. The offer stated on Topcashback was for 30%. So 30% of £109.83 is £32.94 certainly not £1.15 as Topcashback have paid.

	Great cashback I booked a car through Discovery Cars and initially thought i would only get the cashback on the deposit, but it turns out i got it on the full amount. Ended up saving 30% on my car booking. Great deal. Also the cashback was payable in about 1 week and a half (super quick). Well done.

	Misleading Cashback Offer - Avoid If You Value Honesty Booked with Discovery Cars for a 41% cashback offer, but only received 4%. After months of follow-ups, they refused to honour the advertised rate. Misleading and disappointing—avoid if relying on cashback promises.

	CASHBACK ON COMMISSION - MISUNDERTANING CLEARED Why do people leave negative comments when the company clearly states that cashback is based on "Partial Prepaymnt" : Car Hire - Partial Prepayment - Exclusive - 41% My family memebrs hired a 7 - Seater SUV car through this company for 2 weeks stay in Mauratius and could not find any fault. Got the cashabck as promised on partial - payment I had made. Receivd superb service and attention from their car supplier - Splash Car Holiday - who went above and beyond their duty, and helped my 3 year old toddler grand-son, who was bitten by a dog, just outside the aiport. Thank you Discover Cars and Splash Car Holiday for makng this a very memorable holiday. Kudos to all concerned.

	cashback on commission Misleading company info as cashback is only on the commission they receive and I cant see where that amount shows so you have no way of calculating the cashback.

	Incorrect amount given Was given over £1 in cashback for a purchase made through topcashback. Incorrect amount. When disputed, the company say they gave the correct cashback. Total tosh. Won't use again. Be careful using this company if you're reliant on receiving cashback.

	Does not pay correct cashback Retailer simply does not pay cashback or pays it at reduced rate. Already appealed it but they have still refused. Better comparison sites for sure

	AVOID- v. poor customer service, cashback cancelled - 0 STARS Extremely poor service. Online booking all worked well and was slightly cheaper than going direct to car hire company. On arrival with family at airport pick-up car hire company the voucher issued by DiscoverCars was not valid for the category of car that I had booked online. After much discussion with the Hertz manager and him and I trying to call DiscoverCars (based in eastern Europe) without success, I had to pay another £90 to hire the category of car I had paid to hire via the DiscoverCars website. This was not a mistake on my behalf as the Hertz manager checked my booking. After numerous toing and froing emails with DiscoverCars, supplying receipts and repetitive numerous bits of info to SEVERAL different DiscoverCars customer service reps, rejection of my claim for the additional £90, eventual escalation to a written complaint - DiscoverCars eventually agreed to pay the additional £90. No written apology from DiscoverCars which I think demonstrates poor attention to customer service - an apology costs nothing. After DiscoverCars agreed to pay the additional £90 my cashback of around £90 was cancelled. I raised this with Topcashback but as per T&Cs one is not guaranteed cashback. Not sure why Topcashback is still promoting this company.
