	Orders generally don't track for months Whenever I make an order I always create a customer service ticket so that I can track the cashback myself. They eventually come through and become payable, but tracking appears non-existent for both Dell and Alienware.

	Took 8 months for them to claim my order was cancelled even though I have proof that it was delivered, TC would not let me dispute this and refused to submit the evidence, it's unfair and unjust

	Purchased an item from them in April, but cashback didn't track. I submitted a claim, but response from Dell was that the order had been cancelled, which was not true. If this is what they do to avoid cashback, they shouldn't be offering it in the first place. Dishonest!! If I could have given them no stars, I would have.

	Rubbish. Estimated delivery date for my order was 5th Oct, I contacted them on 4th Oct because the status of the order was not even in production. On 5th Oct they replied sorry, the order will be delayed and i will now get the monitor around 2nd Nov. What a stupid respond. I needed to find this out by myself? I gave you my money to get the monitor on 5th and you took the money and said nothing knowing you would only be able to send to the monitor to me on 2nd Nov?

	Awful experience. First claim declined not sure why as I bought an expensive laptop. Next 2 claims from early April are still pending 3 months later.
