couldn't change delivery address when rang up,as purchase went through before letting me change the address,tried to cancel as tracking said not despatched,when i rang they said it had been.quality goods though.

Thought I was dealing with part of Currys family of companies, but seems the company isn’t part of them and has links to, or is actually, 4ourhouse.co.uk. The first part was defective and shows as coming from Partmaster.co.uk. Instead of a replacement being sent out, to get one, they sold me a replacement, with me having to send the defective one back for a refund. The reordered one arrived invoiced from 4ourhouse.co.uk! This item also had the same defect. I tried to get a refund for both items, but they pushed hard for me to buy another one. A refund was possible, but seemed it could take weeks to receive. Contacting Currys, Currys said they would investigate. In my next contact with the company (partmaster.co.uk / 4ourhouse.co.uk or whoever they actually are), everything had changed and they were happy to offer a refund the same day! They did interestingly claim their entire stock of the part was defective, so I am glad I didn’t order a 3rd one! So much hassle and no working part at the end of it.

All transactions have always been rejected through this merchant and 4 months on I am still waiting for a transaction from a TV purchased. Very slow and not worth it.

AVOID. Cashback refused after nearly six months. Curry's claim TCB was not last referral agent. Refuse to state who was.

I tried to buy a part- but it wasnt showing online. Telephoned them to find that they had it, but would have to order over the phone. explained that I would lose my TCB saving especially as a code for additonal savings was also available. Firstly they claimed to have no association with TCB and secondly werent even prepared to offset any of the P&P charges to compensate the lack of saving- even though the problem was at their end- i.e. item not listed on online catalogue, even though available to buy. It was a case of take or leave it. APPALLING customer service

All tracked o.k. and went to confirmed, but has never became payable which is nearly a year now! I would suggest buying elsewhere until they honour there promises with regards cashback! Failing at the final hurdle. Seems obvious they are not paying on purpose as tracking has all been o.k. Really dissappointing.
