Delay in sending confirmation means cashback Declined
Click thru, make your booking, pay the deposit, then wait for the booking confirmation which doesn't arrive until the next day, and of course by then the Cashback is declined because of the delay. When you pay your deposit the booking confirmation should arrive immediately so the cashback can track. Why delay sending the booking confirmation? Unacceptable.
