A fantastic company to deal with. Great prices on RAM and amazingly quick turn around on the order (two days). Cash back tracked quickly too. Can't fault them.

My last transaction with these guys was somewhat hit and miss. Generally I would say they're good, cashback usually apepars on the account quickly. Customer Service is better than most. You could do a lot worse! Which is why I give it 3 stars this time around.

crucial's website seems divided in function between UK and USA, and topcashback seem to only "see" the USA side, not the UK, and therefore some intervention was required to get my cashback, which took some weeks but was resolved satisfactorily in the end.

All my purchases have failed to track, despite clearing cookies. Cashback claims are also rejected due to "Another marketing channel was credited with the sale" although I don't use another other cashback sites. Owed over £200 in cashback so beware.

Transactions are very quick to track. The last cashback tracked quickly, but seemed to take an eternity to go to Confirmed. Having said that, the service itself is excellent and the ordering process is so simple. Goods are normally received within a day or two and I have the utmost confidence in Crucial that I will be provided with the correct memory for the hardware I own. Even without the cashback, the service is well worth using as they really are good at what they do. This will be my third purchase from them, and I'm sure I'll be back in the future and I do recommend them very highly.

Still awaiting track info to appear from February 2009 and now waited 8 days from second order and still no sign that order has been tracked although TopCashBack can identify relevant visits.
Nothing from Crucial however despite nudges.

Poor compared to most other retailers I've used where I've had no problems. Cashback didn't track so lodged a claim but have had no response from Crucial after 3 months so not holding out much hope.

After chasing cashback for over 12 months I now get a message back from TCB saying that Crucial refuse my claim despite providing them with the order number and other proof.
Worst is I am given no reason as none was given, but assured by TCB there is a very good reason. EH?!
It's taken Crucial over a year to come to that decision. It was only for a few quid too, but that isn't the point.

Im using Crucial cashback many times, and always they paid, however if you going to spend more than or £100 they no pay you.. just pay if you spend little and the cashback is pennies.. very bad attitud.. they no want pay without reason..untrusted merchant.. Never again !!!
