Placed 2 orders with this Company earlier on in the Year. One order tracked back OK and the Cashback was paid. The other I had to create a request with Topcashback for help.
I have just had word that despite Topcashbacks efforts that Crucial will not pay this Cashback!!!!
The product is very good as is the service and delivery so would recommend Crucial RAM Modules but be very wary about using these as you yourself may not get back what you expect, if anything at all

Had a problem because the first part they sent was faulty but they soon sorted it out and sent a replacement part. Overall they were helpfull and the quality of service was good. Cashback was confirmed within the hour. Haven't received it yet but it was only a couple of weeks ago.

Purchase tracked within 2 days so now I just wait for it to be paid.
With regard to Crucial, I had to speak to their Customer Services about my order and they were extremely helpful. My order has been dispatched by 1st Class Royal Mail and my overall experience is extremely positive. I will be using them again in th future for memoy chips etc..
