	Crew clothing cashback I eventually received the cashback this week from an order that I placed in February with Crew Clothing. It was originally declined but the TopCashback team resubmitted it and it was finally paid. Thank you to the TopCashback team who do a great job.

	Cashback refused Crew used to be good cashback payers but last order in November just got rejected (19 March!). Only thing that could have invalidated the order was that courier lost it and Crew resent in January. So I'm now penalised for their couriers incompetence!

	Never pay out Two qualifying purchases have just had the cashback declined. There is no reason for this, and I had to wait over the specified time to find out.

	Failed to track this was one of those high value purchases that would have given a good % TCB bonus. The clothes were perfectly fine. Depsite remembering & being able to prove the clicks & tracking through my own latop history - this would not be enough for Crew clothing to know I'd actually made a purchase which failed to ever show on the TCB statement. Clearly one of those occasions where TCB could not help as the supplier did not recognise a purchase has been made. Never rely on a cashback bonus - it's always appreciated if it ever does payout
