When it comes to paying out cashback they pay in a reasonable amount of time. The percentage of cashback they now offer has gone down by a huge amount but of course that is their choice.

Up until a month ago, the 8% cashback was a real benefit to shopping at Crafters Companion and feeding my crafty habit. Unfortunately the rate has now dropped to 1% and no longer makes it an attractive Topcashback option.
