No cashback
I have placed a couple of orders with Cox & Cox and both times the cash back has been refused. The reply I received was topcashback hasn't been seen as the reason the order was placed.

Absolute shambles from order to delivery
I purchased with them partly because of the cashback offer - which they declined despite the item still being in my garden and no conflicting discount codes etc. In addition to that, they messed the delivery up not once but twice, blamed it on a system failure, and I spent the nigh on two hours on the phone with them trying to sort it all out, with great difficulty. What an absolute shambles, and would never buy anything from them ever again.
