	Always Declined It seems that whatever I order from Coopers the cash back is always declined. I really do not now why this company is on Top Cash Back if they never accept cash back when someone makes an order.

	Cashback declined As many others have stated, merchant seems to routinely decline cashback. I'm very specific about how I go about purchasing but it's just been a straight no from them. Don't expect to get cashback!

	Immediate decline and damaged item Not only did this cashback immediately decline for no reason, but the item arrived damaged after being sent to me in a light and thin bubble wrapped envelope. This was a large heavy chopping board! Customer service was very polite but said I would have to return the item if I wanted to refund or replacement, even though I had suggested they could do a small partial refund to acknowledge the minor damage. I had already said I wouldn’t waste time returning the item. Unfortunately, the outcome of this is that they have lost a customer, rather than refunding me even a token amount.

	Does not pay out I correctly went through TopCashback to this merchant. I was a new customer and did not use any voucher codes. I should have received £6.30 but after 4 days it is showing that it’s been declined and looking at all the other reviews it’s a repeated story either this retailer.

	Lost my custom My purchase refused because I wasn't referred by topcashback. Not so. I can see this retailer has very poor reviews for exactly this reason. They don't honour topcashback offered. I shan't buy from them again.

	Did not pay Bought a £200 rug, used no other discount codes and they declined to pay nearly £30 Cashback. TopCashback should remove them.

	Another victim Saw the offer, bought a shed, got the cashback refused. Filed a claim, waitied ages to be told from Coopers "TopCashback was not seen as the final referrer of the purchase." This is nonsense, I went through TCB to them, didn't go anywhere else or use other codes. They just don't pay out.

	Don't waste your time! 3 different purchases 3 different amounts 3 different dates 3 different cashback claims ...but only one result DECLINED.

	Declined Went through correct procedures on top cash back and checked exclusions etc on Coopers of Stortford. Was not worth the bother of going through top cash back as within a day Coopers of Stortford declined the cash back of £5.77. Will not bother again waste of time.

	Declined Sourced this retailer due to getting cash back! Absolutely I will NOT be purchasing from them again. They have declined a legitimate purchase via cashback…poor show..false advertising in books!!!!!

	Problem solved After contacting Coopers directly along with TopCashback pursuing my claim I now have a payable cashback. Usually I get payout with no problems.

	Pointless bothering They instantly reject any orders made with discount codes, even authorised ones and you can get more discount from those codes so it's pointless bothering clicking through from here.

	Don't expect to be able use any codes As with MANY others in these reviews, I tried all of the codes supplied by Cooper's here on its Topcashback page (as I was spending £80+ I should have been able to use whichever one of the four listed that I chose to) and NONE OF THEM WORKED. As the likelihood of getting the cashback seemed remote (given that their official codes are all duds) I found a free delivery code elsewhere online and saved myself a definite £5.99 rather than the unlikely possibility of getting the stated 8.5% or 12.75% cashback...... Looking at the number of 1 star reviews over the last 18 months Topcashback really should consider removing Cooper's from their site,......
